Discovery Conversation

Our initial understanding of your brand is derived from desk research, interviews, and audits of your current brand landscape. We will look closely at both you and your competitors and then situate your brand in the larger landscape of an entire customer ecosystem. We will ask questions, listen to your answers and create a plan that will reach your marketing goals, the timeline, and the budget you have in mind.

Collaborating with your team will ensure that our solutions stay strong and that every action taken is strategically smart. Lilly Design Group will work to develop an accurate project framework to outline the goals we identified together, the project timeline, and your budget. If you like what you see, sign the Service Agreement and provide the deposit. We begin working immediately on your project.

Idea Development

You may need a presentation, brochure, website or newsletter. Maybe an email campaign is the best fit. During the idea development phase, we will work with you to answer questions and gather all of the pieces needed for the project. We’ll share our ideas, refine them and get your approval before moving to Production.

Producing Results

Your project will be created, developed, and delivered. From annual reports, newsletters, websites or collateral, your project only really works if it produces results. And that is always the focus at Lilly Design Group.
